How To Sign Up

  • Pricing: 17/class - Live Classes are not included in the online memberships. 
  • View Schedule Below and Choose a Class. All Times are PST.

How To Take Class

  • Sign into your MINDBODY account and ensure that your email address is correct, and that you’ve opted in to receive emails from us.
  • Set your email account so that messages from "hello@fitgrid.com" always arrive in your inbox, and are not marked as spam.
  • To ensure you receive your class links, please add hello@fitgrid.comto your contacts.
  • View our class schedule online the same way you always do.
  • Sign up for any class with “ONLINE” in the name and check out normally. You'll receive a confirmation email from FitGrid soon after.
  • Once you’re within 30-60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you’ll receive another email from FitGrid with a unique link to access the live stream.
  • Make sure you are in a place with a good internet connection–otherwise, the stream may skip!
  • Click your unique link a few minutes before class is scheduled to start.
  • If you have the Zoom app on your device already, you’ll join immediately.
  • If you do not have the Zoom app on your device, you’ll be prompted to download it.
  • If for any reason you do not get a link or email remember to first check what email address is on file in Mindbody and to check your spam folder! For anything else, please email us at concierge@aliveandshinecenter.com

Important Tips and Possible Issues

  • You Will Receive The Confirmation Email From concierge@aliveandshinecenter.com (Add This Email To Your Address Book And Check Your Spam/Other Folder.)
  • Though We Love To Share, Each Link Is Customized For Single Use And Will Only Work With One User.
  • If You Signed Up Within 30-Minutes of Class, You Will Only Get A Single Confirmation Email And You Will Need To Click Your Profile In The Email To Get To The Class Link.
  • You May Want To Turn Your Camera On or Off (it’s up to you)
  • Resting The Mind Is Very Important So Remember To Take A Longer Savasana as Needed At The End Of Class.
