Open Your Mind with Twists

Twists help change our perspectives. Warm up with Surya Namaskar and then go into standing poses. You'll work on Trikonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, and Parivrtta Parshvakonasana. Then you go into a seated twist with Marichyasana I and finish with a reclined twist in Parshva Pavanamuktasana. You'll wind down with Setu Bandha Sarvangasana and Supta Padangustasana.
